All orders are shipped exclusively through India Post, a trusted Indian government organization.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of confirmation.
Delivery is typically completed within 2 working days from dispatch, depending on the location and accessibility of the delivery address.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

7. Returns and Refunds

We currently do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with proof (photos or video).
Upon verification, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
